Snowmobiles are unfortunately stolen often in Alaska. New technologies, such as the Ski-Doo DESS (Digital Encoded Security System) are helping, but too many snowmachines do not have this level of security yet. And even a DESS equipped sled can be put in a truck and carted off!
This page is offered as a free service by Alaska Mining & Diving Supply to help combat snowmobile theft in Alaska. Please report stolen sleds to the email@example.com and they will be listed here free of charge. All we ask is that we be notified if the machine is located, so we can remove the listing. Listings will be removed in 90 days unless we are asked to continue them.
Does that deal on that used snowmobiles seem to good to be true? Then check here first and make sure you are not purchasing stolen property!
